well this weeks plans are gonna be very basic to be honest as i'm night shift and 2nd jobbing all week so it's work sleep eat for this week which i think is what i need as with the work i do it will give me plenty time to settle my mind my weekend was a very strong experiance if i choose to behave weak it wouldve destroyed me and put me back but i chose to remain true to myself and therefore have gained alot out of it and faced alot ....so i think a quiet week of it sitting with me and settling in is really what i need ..

after that however i have decided to have a look at courses and classes on philiosphy for my personal growth i know a person that has done the course and she explained that she feels it will be great for me as i am a questioning person with a strong mind to which i now agree...watch this space

well just in from shift no1 of 4 wasnt too bad read a bit of a book and watched some t.v purposefully not thinking about the weekend and just letting it sink...then because of the road works i stayed in work till 9am to avoid rush hour traffic then popped to the postoffice to get the letter that was left from sat it was my new intuition razor for bzz so will look forward to stripping my legs of skin at the weekend lol ...money has been transferref for the wall and the seedlings are looking good ...son has informed me he plans on getting chickens in his new house so i dont need to but i do have to buy my free range eggs from him (wonder where he get's it from) but that's basically me not done much else...

oooo except i was at job no2 last night working in a travellers site and some woman came up to me and said youve ripped your pants ....i had ripped my trousers from the waistband to almost the knee (at the back) the whole world and their granny got to see my butt:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: i would like to say i was embarressed but it doesnt compete with my superman stunt so i just reckon the world and their granny got to see a beautiful view for a short while but my butt is now fully clothed again ....

well i spent a wee while in the garden and got some weeding done...it was fun but hard work

another night shift done two more to go ....have the dentist at 9.15 am more money ...then my class at 9.30 - 11.30 then bed looks like a lovely day here though so i think i will be up early and get a wee bit more done in the garden ...hope your all doing well

well a christian aid woman came to the door at 3pm i hadnt gotten to my bed till 12pm so i really was about to hurt her... she wouldve needed christian aid if she hadnt disappered before i got to the door ...i'm up had my breakfast splitting headache and i am night shift tonight ...my knee is just very sore the pain isnt easing much but i think that this is about as good as it is gonna get till it settles to be honest ..taking painkillers and diclofenac for it however so i cant really do much more ...think i will try and get a couple more hours kip
