sore not just as sore but i think it will take a ong time to get better ...i have a weekend meditation course i'm going to tomorrow and sun so i think i will be resting it alot there ...spent the day today househunting and working ...just in the door infact ...hows things in the hypno household?

well, the hypno household is as messy as ever - boy do I need a cleaner, au pair, home help or SOMETHING!!!

And I am tired at the end of the week - not used to this work lark :rotfl:

hey it will be my tim wheater cd i will be listening to in the car ...he goes oooooooommmmmmmm alot in them lol ....

well i'm up and showered but there is no breakfast in the house unless i have porridge and much as i love porridge i fancy a wee change but can be bothered to go to th shops just now so will pick up a fruit thingy (i can be so descriptive sometimes) on the way ...need to get the car washed i look like i'm colin macrae and just done a rally in it ..quite looking forward to today though will tell you all what it's like

morning my fellow early worm, up early for no enjoyble reason but sadly for work!!!! need to leave in half hour just preparing my slimming world nibbles of pineapple and melon yumyumyum!!!!

So how you diddling today mrs? good i hope. is lovely and sunny here, hope the scottish sun is out to play for you to!!

you working today? i hope ot goes fast for you and you get to enjoy some sun ... i think there should be a law against working weekends well everyone anyway this is my first weekend off in three weeks and i'm gonna love every minute of it ..

ohh did i say i'm not sure if i did or not hubby and i joined the red cross as first aiders great way to go to gigs etc for free and fun as well so we have training all next weekend and the weekend after but by then should know a bit about first aid

well it looks like it might be sunny today again here us scottish will not know what to do with ourselves we already think were in a heatwave

ooh red crss sounds good! hat'll be fun and a good way of getting out into the community, This is the 3rd weekend in a row i've had to work so feeling a bit BAH about it right now!
