The cheapest I've found is with https://www.parcels4delivery.com where it costs £7.95 for 48 hours or £8.95 for next day (both are for parcels up to 15kg). Increase both prices by £1 if you want to send a parcel up to 30kg.0

Yes, that includes VAT but I think that you can only pay using PayPal.0
