1. Offer available to new & upgrading O2 Pay monthly customers purchasing a music compatible Sony Ericsson handset during the Promotional Period who have received a promotional scratchcard.. This offer is not available on i-mode.
2. The Promotional Period runs from 1st April 2008 to 30th June 2008.
3. Eligible customers can take advantage of five free music track downloads from Napster.
4. To obtain the offer, customers must request a link to the relevant site for this offer on O2 Active by calling 2112 free to register. The relevant link will be sent to you within 24 hours once you have entered the number on your scratch card.
5. Terms of use for Napster apply. O2 reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these terms and conditions, the content provider's terms and conditions, any fraud or any abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the promotion, to bar access to these services, end or suspend the promotion, and/or amend these terms & conditions.
6. O2 reserves the right to provide substitute content of similar value should the specified content become unavailable for any reason. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered. The content is not transferable.
