Not sure if it is the best, but pigsback gives 2%, and does not seem to exclude electricals, especially since there is a link for ELECTRICAL AND PHOTO:

    Terms and Conditions
2 PiggyPoints for every £1 spent
Offer open to Pigsback.com members only
Please allow six weeks from the date your order is despatched for your PiggyPoints to be credited
Full terms and conditions available from amazon.co.uk
This offer is due to expire on August 31, 2008

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this: There’s an article on the main site you might like to read that gives more information on this subject.

Cashbackrewards do 5.5% for amazon. But its to a maximum of £5.00, so i think it should be ok for your purchase... thats the highest i can find so far.
    Nothing ever lasts forever...

Please note Amazon pays 5.5% on all purchases except Items listed in the electronics category on Amazon.co.uk, these pay 5.5% to a maximum of £5.00

Coming in a slightly different angle here....
I take it your after the 4gb current generation nano?
If so, it's £99 at John Lewis, but then there is a £10 off voucher here, making it £89, and then you can look for cashback from John Lewis.

You can earn ipoints on Amazon electricals, 5 points per pound, which is equivalent to 2.5%:
    http://www.ipoints.co.uk/collect-ipoints/details/3570ca8b57d9/amazon

Or you can earn 2 Nectar points per pound, which is only equivalent to 1%.
