hi, really need much info on becoming bankrupt with a business. we have struggled for a couple of years now and had loan after loan which has just made the mortgage bigger,had an iva which has just 2 payments left but cant see a light at the end of the tunnel now, it is now a ltd company and its just my husband and myself who work there though we re no longer together, the joy of running a business ha never again. tried to find info on net but still confused so thought would try on here as you seem a friendly bunch and need good advice so please any information will be gratefully accepted.

you would be bettter off posting in the bankruptcy forum ... it is a sub board of the DFW board.

Have you sought any advice from CAB for example?? if you are close to the end of an IVA, It might be worth seeing what other options are available. you might find you have surplus cash to help the business? sorry i am not much help but i think you will get more help on the BR board. X
