28" widescreen 100htz - please help

My tele blew up last night and I am desperate for a replacement. If anyone knows any good deals on a 28" widescreen 100htz (not bothered about make) could they let me know.

Do you need 100Hz? I read a report in Which? magazine that said unless you tend to notice the flicker on a 50Hz set, you won't notice any real difference in a more expensive 100Hz model.
