Is it too late to claim if your time bar has run out?? (I was told that I lost my right to complain at 1st June 2007)
Should I give up??

There wouldnt be any point to a time bar if it didnt time bar you from complaining. If the timebar has been activated correctly then you cannot challenge it unless you have some major event that prevented you from complaining since you took out the policy or the 3 years previous to being notified of a high risk of shortfall.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thanks - I may as well put it to bed then & forget about it. Just a bummer that mine gave out warnings so early!0

Most timebars expired in 2007. You have some stragglers now and a few providers have lowered their projection rates to intentially start the time bar clock ticking for those that were not initially captured.
