Haven't heard of anyone yet winning on the NPN route using the link on this thread. They have now updated the website with this message:

My dd won one BUT that was in Sainsburys about 3 weeks ago she said something about there was a football table there and she had to play against someone and she came away with a ball

I won a Mars ball through the NPN route. It is rather a small ball. I also won an hour's session at any powerleague centre.
