    I'm not sure if this is the case in this instance but in the past some website have been able to trace applicants back to this forum if you clicked on the link in the first post.
    Under their T & Cs they could refuse to issue a voucher.
    For this reason I would advise people to go to the webiste manually.

    I haven't yet but I would think there has been alot of interest so it may take up to the 25th as quoted to get the voucher.
