Last payment to this 5 accounts was march this year (well technically april because of the way it's setup with payplan.

I have made the decision to write the 30 day letter, I think it's because I am gearing up for court so I want as much control as posible. I will not give away all of my arguments but enough to assume that they know I mean business.

The problem with JP's, DJ's and the ilk, is that they (in my opinion) seldom know all the regulations so therefore solicitors can bambosal with missdirection and half trouths. Fortunately I am a dam good card player, and when I was sychometrically tested they put me in the top 2% of the country for problem solving and being able to think on the fly so this gives me the confidance to atleast put up a good counter attack. I am also good at research but have two prblems 1. poor spelling and 2. sometimes I cannot remember were I have read things.

I will put the letter up in my other thread tomorrow.

They should do, yes. But if they produce an enforceable agreement later down the line it is still possible for them to obtain a judgement.

Lenders/DCA's should also adhere to the OFT's guidance on debt collection, but they often don't.
They should be reasonable when negotiating repayments but they often aren't.
They should be careful in ensuring that any information they place on your credit files is accurate, but they often don't.
They should stop harassing you by phone if you ask them not to, but they often won't.

    I could probably continue.

    Fermi, that was rather poetic!;)

Not sure about that one! Perhaps a DCA song might be in order - could be an interesting one!

The cca song (song to Chers Shoop Shoop Song)

Does he have one, I wanna know,
how can I tell if he has one so?

    (Is it in his files)
    oh no you'll be deceived
    (is it in his hands)
    oh no it’s make believe.
    If you wanna know
    if he’s got one so
    it's in his dreams
(that's where it is.... oh yeah!)

(Will he supply it to me)
    An application no dought
(or is it with the OC)
no he bought it with out.
    If you wanna know
    if he got one so
    it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)
    woh-oh, it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is).

Woh-oh-oh write him..... and ask him nice
and find out what you want to know.
If it's there if it really is....it's back in a week.
(How 'bout the way he acts)
oh no that's not the way
and you don’t listen to nout they say.
    If you wanna know
    if he’s got it so
    it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)
    woh-oh, it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)

Woh-oh-oh write him..... and play it fair
and give him 12 days to comply.
If it's there if it really is....it's back in a week.
    (How 'bout the defaulting)
oh no that's just their way
and you don’t listen to nout they say.
    If you wanna know
    if he’s got it so
    it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)
    woh-oh, it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)

    (Will it cost me loads)

    Oh no just a pound
    (I can’t write any more)
Then use the templet I found
    If you wanna know
    if he’s got one so
    it's in his dreams
(that's where it is.... oh yeah!)

(Will he take me to court)
    Well he’s done this before
(Whats my defence to it all)
    the act of seventy four
    If you wanna know
    if he got one so
    it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)
    woh-oh, it's in his dreams
    (that's where it is)

Oh yeah it's in his dreams (that's where it is),
ooh it's in his dream (that's where it is),
ooh it's with the OC (that's where it is),
ooh it's in the post (that's where it is),
ooh it'll take 6 weeks (that's where it is),
ooh it's needed for this account (that's where it is),
ooh it's here for you to sign (that's where it is),
ooh it's not our responcibility (that's where it is).

    IT’S IN HIS DREAMS!

    :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    P.S.
