Barclaycard Loans - I don't want another loan!

Four years ago I took out a loan from Barclaycard repayable over 5 years at a fixed rate in order to get out of a financial mess.
I have kept up with the repayments and the loan finishes in 12 months. However, Barclaycard Loans seem desperate for me to remain a customer. For the last 12 months I have received monthly and in some cases fortnightly letters telling me how much extra I can borrow to extend my loan. These all take the form of "You can repay your loan and have XXX left over to spend."
I have absolutely no plan whatsoever to take out another loan and shred these letters as soon as they arrive. However, knowing what I am like, I am concerned by the temptation they provide so have rung Barclaycard Loans up to ask them not to send me any further ones. Apparently this isn't possible.
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to stop them and do they have any obligation to stop sending them if I insist I don't want them?
Cheers
