Has anyone had any problems with the above? Since they changed over from mytns I have continued to do the surveys but the points are not going into my account. I have 8 surveys that I have not been credited with and despite e-mailing them 3 times they still haven't updated my account, just wondered if anyone else was having problems.

Same here. They owe me for several surveys but my account is showing nil balance. Hoping the system will be corrected shortly.0

Do you have them as Nectar points? If so they go straight to your account and dont show on the site. If you click into it to see the history then it may show some points as a debit.0
