Shockwaves extrovert styling clay- HELP!

THis is the ONLY thing my DH will put on his hair. He gets througuh 1 pot every week and it costs £2.99!!!!! It's ridiculous! Does anyone know where I can buy it cheaper than that? Or know of anything that's exactly like it but cheaper? He is Sooooooooo fussy!

    Shockwaves product are usually stocked in wilkensons and savers shops, no idea if they are cheaper there though. They sometimes have them in my local Poundland. Also they are often on offer (2for1, 3for2 etc) in superdrug.

    Do you think he'd notice if you topped his pot up with a cheaper brand? if you diluted it half and half it may still work like the expensive stuff but work out a lot cheaper?
