Virgin wines - 12 bottles + free champers for £49.99 + P&P

Options
Virgin wines are doing a offer for their starter case of 12 bottles of wine and a free £18 bottle of Champagne for £49.99 + £4.99 delivery. Only available to new customers.

Also, it's part of their policy that if you don't like any of their bottles of wine, you tell them and they will refund you the price of that bottle. No questions asked. They also like to tell you not to be shy in saying you don't like a bottle, as they expect everyone to not like at least one bottle.

Plus, if you agree to sign up to their special club (at the end of the order process) you get a voucher for £20 off your next case order over £65, plus someone who will call you to check you enjoyed their wines.

Although not a 'steal' of a deal, I had been meaning to top up on my wines, and if you take the price of the free bottle of Champagne out of the overall price, it makes the individual wines quite a good price.

Ah you beat me to it - just ordered this, although some of the wines are reduced at the moment so the case adds up to £60.50. That means a £10 discount plus a free bottle of Champagne...

edit: Just re-read your post - the offer I was thinking of was for existing customers like me who haven't ordered in a while - it is for an 'essentials case' which is £49.99 plus a free bottle of champagne....

Direct link here It appears to only work for registered customers, and only works once so you can only order one!

I have to admit I did recieve this offer via email because I had signed up and not actually ordered anything with them yet. However, when I went to their website they had it up as a clickable offer. This now appears to have disappeared. I'm wondering if it's only available to existing new customers like me, who hadn't ordered anything to-date.

However, they have got Ca'Vit Castelliere Pinot Grigio reduced from £6.49 to £1 a bottle for new customers. Not sure what it's like, but good enough to take to a BBQ I guess ;-)

Oh, and no, you can't use a voucher for the original offer. However, I'm not sure how it will work with the other offer (£1 bottles)... I guess, if it's onle of those £50 minimum order vouchers, you could get 50 bottles of the cheap white for £30 ;-) (plus 4.99 del).. but that's only a guess....

From the T&C's: (for the first order offer)

Please note: this offer is only open to those who haven't purchased from Virgin Wines before. No vouchers can be used in conjunction with it and it is limited to one case per customer.

Thanks, seemed a good idea but i guess they have to cover themselves and only give £20 off the full price wines. Ok prize if someone can come up with the cheapest :D
  • I easily got the cheapest the other day! Pick up a few of the £1 bottles to meet your order target, it isn't a bad wine either. Worked out at £2.56 a bottle after delivery for me.

    £20 off a £45 order

    Voucher code - RV16897
    Password - C527DP

Or for an alternative how about
    £25 off a £50 order

    Voucher code - VIRGINRADIO
    Password - VIP

    Where's my prize? :D

Darn, neither of those are for existing customers. Are there not any for people who have bought before?
