Advertising on cars

I have seen some adverts (at the bus stop!) for making money by advertising on your car, i then searched on the internet and found 3 companies that do it and read a bit about it, they put a wrap of adverts on your car. has anyone done this and what is it like, does your car have to be posh,,, mine is a red micra!!!

I read an article about this in the paper a few years back. I think they like your car to be posh and for you to mainly drive in urban areas.

This sounds really good, but I don't think my hubby would let me plaster stickers all over his BMW..:eek:

yes, thats one of the sites i found, i do drive in and around london every day and drive about 200 miles a week, so i reckon that would be ok, but i have a dent in the back of the car, i'd need to get that fixed before i did any applying would i??

i dont want to sign up for anything without knowing more about it though??

this seems like a good idea but im not sure about having stickers all overmy car even though it says it actually protects your car. The moneys not too bad either.

Well an update, I thought my little micra (new shape) wouldnt be the sort of car that was wanted by ad people but today on the way to work i saw another one (although it was gold and mine is red) with advertising on the side, so im going to get the dent removed and apply!!
