HSBC stalking me!

Hi - I'm new to this so please be patient!
I'll start by giving a brief summary of whats happened and where we're at now!
Started struggling to keep up with repayments on loans and credit cards at the beginning of the year, as all my debts are unsecured, husband looked into a DMP with CCCS, which we went with and this started in March. Debt currently stands around £44,300, worse thing about this is, we have nothing to show for it! Since DMP started, it feels like a weight has been lifted, now making 1 payment rather than 5, and being £300 better off each month!
Northern Rock and Goldfish are playing ball, accepting lower repayments and freezing interest and charges for next 12 months. Halifax and Barclaycard have yet to respond and HSBC are being a pain in the bum to put it politely.
HSBC will only accept lower repayments if I agree to consolidate the overdraft and loan accounts into a managed loan with a higher APR of 13% variable! After speaking to CCCS, who advised me against this, I wrote to them saying I would not accept this as I would be breaking the terms I have agreed with CCCS (not taking on new credit or entering into a new credit agreetment while on a DMP), I would also be increasing my debt rather than decreasing it!
They constantly call me at work, home and on mobile, saying the account is in arrears and if I do not make further payments to bring it up-to-date they will take further action! I tell them that CCCS are dealing with this and to speak to them, do they not realise this why I started the DMP in the first place?! I have asked that all future correspondance be in writing and not by phone - the calls have dropped off to about 2 a day on each.
Does anyone have any advice on how I should deal with this?
Thanks in advance....

First thing, try and obtain the name of the CEO, then write to him, stating you have requested all your telephone numbers be removed, as yet, this has not taken place.Does anyone have any advice on how I should deal with this?
Next, contact HSBC, obtain a name and fax number of someone in collections.
Then contact your DMP manager at CCCS, ask them to fax over a copy of your letter "Authority to Act"
This gives CCCS permission to deal with your creditors direct.
Remind HSBC, it's against OFT guidelines for a creditor to REFUSE TO DEAL WITH 3rd PARTY APPOINTED REPRESENTITVES.Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
