Just wondering if anyone here can help
DS has to make up a recipe that contains Vitamin B nutrients - e.g. Yeast extract, eggs milk and so on.
Years ago I used a website that you entered the ingredients you had and it would give you a recipe.
It wouldn't be cheating as he has to do the rest of the assignment on his own - who would it be ideal for and why etc - Just need a recipe to kick it off.
I did give him my recipe for Marmite toast but he just went 'Bleeuuurgh! That's not real food, mum!!!!'
BTW recipe for Marmite Toast is - Piece of toast (wholemeal for B vitamins) - cover in Marmite, dip in batter and fry!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:
