Just did this - an it's an object lesson in how companies SHOULD do things to gain new customers.

Phone answered quickly with an (accurate) recorded message that I may need to wait 3 minutes and the call charges involved. Then a real answer within the 3 minutes by a clearly spoken young man, who took my details efficiently and accurately, and asked politely to send further details of their publications.

Treated like this, I am MUCH more likely to give them further custom.
