Thanks for your responses. I went with the consensus and fry them off first, so I know theyre cooked through...
After that I've just bunged everything in, hope thats ok.... put some mushrooms in too as I only used 6 sausages as opposed to the 8-12 it suggests!
Its smelling yummy already, Just have to remember not to keep lifting the lid. I've got it on auto which Im presuming is the equivalent of medium (since it also has low/high options)
Looking forward to the end results, and you've all helped massively in making sure I stick to my make a change a week challenge of homecooked meals every night!
