Hovis bread flour half price

Today at Asda, granary, white seeded, and wholemeal were half price.

    Thanks! They only had wholemeal in my local. It was 51p for a 1.5kg pack.

    It does not "go off" as such, but you may get flour weevils in it after a while

    The eggs may already be in there, nothing to do with your hygiene

    One solution is to decant flour into plastic container & freeze it

    This will kill the eggs

    Plastic is used to stop flour going soggy when defrosted if you just bunged it in frezer in the original bag
