I have tried every way I can think of to enter my date of birth but it keeps saying that it is the wrong format.
Anyone had a success and can show me the correct format?0 -
Hi,
It was happy with 07/12/1974, for instance....
That was using Firefox as the browser, not sure about Chrome or Edge/Internet Explorer.Exiled-Geordie-in-the-west-country (not quite in the middle of nowhere, but I can definitely see it from here!)0 -

I was using IE and that is the format I tried but after reading your post I switched to FF and it gave the option of a drop down calendar where IE just had a blank box.
It showed up as the same format I had been trying at first but it worked in FF :T0
