I am too dispirited to even feel hopeful. I will throw a party (and eat my hat-shaped cake) if I ever receive mine.0

Just to let you know I received my package today!! after receiving an email about it a month ago, contents same as described by MrsChips above, the Haribo sweets were cola bottles
the memory stick is 1Gb, the ipod shuffle 2nd generation which is silver and 1Gb also. The package was second class, and had a post by date of 10Feb on it, so i think it means whenever the Post Office has a backlog, it will take longer to post it. Hopefully if they were all send at the same time, this means everyone should be receivng theirs shortly if they have not received it yet. Thanks QYPE and MoneysavingExpert!

Sorry to be so dim, but can anyone please advise me on the use of the shuffle we received?
I gave mine to my son. He says the instructions are in French. Is that right? I haven't had time to look at them myself yet, and I'm so non-technical I probably wouldn't understand them anyway.
Please could someone give me an idiot's guide type run down of how to use the thing? We've charged it but don't know how to download music etc.
Thanks!0 -

My Ninja is called Bob Ninja. I think he will be creeping about stealthily and turning up in odd places, like in OH's clean y-fronts in the morning.0

The instructions should be in English, French, Spanish and German all on one page per instruction so look carefully.
This is what my little book says:
Download and install iTunes
Place ipod shuffle securely in the dock supplied
Connect to USB port on computer to start charging
Follow set up assistant
Click autofill to add content from songs already on your computer
Orange light means charging
green means charged
Charge fully (up to 4 hrs)
If light blinking orange click eject on iTunes before disconnecting
Then remove from dock
Plug in earphones
Turn on
Done
complete instructions can be found at www.apple.com/support/manuals/ipod according to my little manualNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
