With over 4000 views on the Amazon Voucher thread I'm just wondering how many people on MSE have actually completed the challenge and when?

As it states in the T&C only the first 500 people to complete the challenge will receive a voucher. But they say anyone who signs up for the challenge and the quota has already been reached they will notify them before they start reviewing. Yet I haven't heard anyone saying this yet?

There's no way that everyone who has got the 'You've reached 50 reviews and completed the amazon challenge' e-mail is going to get the £50 voucher. A rather clever marketing scheme really as Qype will now have thousands of new reviews.

I think they're going to do a massive quality control check - I agree that they can't realistically afford to pay out £50 to everyone, but it's worth in the meantime doing 50 good quality reviews, and crossing fingers. At worst, I'm going to get an iPod, a tshirt, and a mug out of it. At best, I'll get those things AND an Amazon voucher. It's a win-win as far as I'm concerned.

There will be at least 25000 reviews for them to go through, more if your account has more than 50 reviews on it, So dont expect them to be amazingly quick at updating you!
