I have received £100 so far and now have another £23 in my account. I have been a member for a few years. I think it is worth it as the surveys are short enough for me to fill in in my tea break. I like the fact that you do actually see these surveys quoted in the press!

I signed up for you gov about a month ago and have the grand sum of £1.50 so far. Since I have signed up I have had about 6 surveys to do and only got paid for one of them, the rest were prize draw entries.

I dont know how long it would take to get to £50 but im guessing a loooong time! :p
Exactly the same here, i do recall it saying somewhere that there could be prize draws entries ,but they are ALL for entry into a prize draw:confused:

Luck of the draw I think - how long have you been with them? Have you filled out *all* of 'your profile'? Have you seen if there's any surveys you haven't been emailed about (I don't seem to get some notifications for whatever reason.)

I've been a member since Feb 06 and have £44.50 at the moment
I find the surveys much better than a lot of other websites as if you start the survey you're guaranteed the reward. I also find them more interesting than a lot of the other ones about household items

Just joined so I have the princely sum of £1. I don't mind if it takes a while to reach the payout stage, at least I get to air some views to someone other than my 3-year-old!

I joined January 2006 and had £50 7/11/07. My current balance is £30.25 so hoping for £50 for Christmas.
What i like about the surveys is that you always get paid for them unlike others that stop you halfway through as "you are not part of the user group".

    Thumbs up from me!

I have been with yougov for years and have only had 1 pay out althought i am up to £39 for the next one soon hopefully.
Its long but worth it if you are just sitting at a computer all day as when eventually it does pay out £50 out of the blue can always come in handy!

I recently joined onepoll surveys, the surveys are easy and fun.. only about 5p-15p a survey, which doesnt sound much but they come up so often that I have gotten up to £25+ in a few months and their payout is only £40! so not as long to wait! Also if you recommend 5 friends you get £1, all you have to do it put 5 email addresses in and they dont have to join for you to get the money! My 5 friends where, Me, Me , Me, Hubby and mum!
