Right at the bottom of the email it says no not reply to this email and then gives another address to contact them2008 Total: £3232.46!!

After a long and frustrating 'dry spell' I couldn't wait to open the same email thinking I had won something (anything!). Beyond cruel if you ask me!!!0

I got this too - all excited as I saw £5000, then read it and re-read it and gathered they were congratulating the people who had won, not me
