i have use a few of these over the years and binned a lot a i don't have enough time
anyone know one i can use when i do my tesco shopping every time not just the first time, would like to stick to one and use it a plot to get the benefits

I don't think Tesco Groceries pays for repeat customers, only new ones.

Once you have joined the site and done your first shop there is no point in Tesco paying someone else for showing you where their site is, you already know where it is.

You can get Ipoints on every shop at Tescos and a couple of other supermarkets too.
You get 1 Ipoint for very £1 spent !
You would need to register with ipoints and then use a website called Mysupermarket.co.uk.
I've only done 2 shops this way so have not yet received any ipoints yet to know that this definately works.
I've copied and pasted some info from the Ipoints website.
Ipoints is simular to a cashback site but instead of being rewarded with cash you choose gifts/ gift vouchers.
I have 4,045 ipoints and I'm saving to exchange for a £30 Pizza Hut Voucher ( Which is 6,900 ipoints)

Just to keep you updated, I've received my first lot of iponts for my grocery shop.
