Well my IVA has been approved, 48k agreed at £300 p/m for 60 month followed by remortgage input of £12500. Equates to £30500 or 43p in the £ to the creditors, the balance of circa 9k to the IP. Total equates to 65p in the £.
How do this sound compared to other IVA experiencees.
Would love to hear your comments. Incidentally I haven't accepted it yet, have got a day or two to green light it.

Don't know how this compares to other IVA's but was this done through one of the free debt charities or one of the companies that get paid £5k for each IVA they set up?After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
Dad Gift 6k ¦ Savings & Inv Tst: £2,500
Loan 10k: £0 ¦ Dad 5.5k: £2,270 ¦ LTSB: £0 ¦ RBS: £0 ¦ Virgin £0 ¦ Egg £0
Total Owed: £2,270 (+6k) 11/08/20110 -
Hi, through a company that have charged £1750 + vat remuneration and then £1200 + vat per year to supervise. I presume these costs are reasonable compared to others I have seen ??0

To be honest I only hear the bad things when IVA fail - I know the CCCS can do them but no idea of their charges.

This is a guide put together by Martin have you read through it could answer some niggling doubts you obviously have. Also did you speak to a debt charity before deciding an IVA was for you? If not maybe give one a ring today.0
