First you have to order a catalogue (this adds you as a subscriber to their database).

then you order the promotion - be sure to use the exact same details that you used when you ordered the catalogue.

Oh, I see. Thank you - I didn't understand that I actually had to order the catalogue separately first of all; I thought that signing up to further contact would do it. I've now signed up for both the catalogue and the freebie (and still managed to opt out of all further mailings). :T
