    It's a cold laminator, rather than the more common hot laminator. These are very expensive to feed - typically 40p per A4 sheet equivalent, as the laminating plastic comes on a special cartridge roll.

  • Cold laminators don't use normal pouches, they usually use a type of cartridge system which you will probably find near impossible to replace once the initial one has ran out.

    From someone who used to sell office equipment, I say avoid!
  • I have just bought one along with a BoC, I would imagine it comes with at least a starter cartridge.
