Hi all
My partner is due to take early retirement very soon and will receive a lump some of around 55k plus a monthy sum of about £1500. What would be the best way to invest the lump sum. she already has used up her Isa entitlement. Any suggestion welcome

The only place there is really no risk is Northern Rock or National Savings products.0
