Help With Proposed Iva

My IVA was proposed at £200 per month for 60 month then lump sum £12500 from house (Total debts circa 48k). Main creditors came back asking for increase per month to £396.This seemed excessive and my IP has managed to get them down to £300. However, my IP has followed the correct guidelines for outgoings and I am struggling to find the additional £100 that the creditors have asked for. We offered £260 per month as a revised figure but this was rejected. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have yet to make my mind up on what to do?
