yes it is the dca that have told me that if i havnt paid by the 30th they will start court proceedings. ive told the bank that i want a writen staement saying wat the direct debit was for and they have told me cos they sold my debt to the debit company they have nothing on there system anymore not even my account shows up so basically ive lost all in all and by the looks of things iam gonna end up paying it bk ,0 -
