Help required
I wrote a while ago that I had sent Hillseden my 1st letter under the Credit Consumer Act on 2/2/08 had a couple of letter saying they were trying to get my file, Have now sent second letter after they have had 12days + 2 days + 30 Days, They now say that the offence of not supplying the information can be remedied by producing the documents , and they refuse to remove all details from any agency and suggest I just place a notice of correction.
Where do I go from here,
