redemption figures

is it possible to work out a redemption figure. and if so how would i go about it. any help greatly appreciated.

    it is a tracker 1.44% above bank of england base rate. i have to give 1 months notice of redemption. i owed £60700 i have made one payment of £432. since i obtained the balance not the redemption figure. i have 22 years and 1 month left on my full term. thank you for your help if you can

    would that be the total redemption figure. i would have to pay. sorry if being a nuisance
  • I think the best thing is to phone the lender and ask. If your lender permits online banking (and you have an account with them) then check online.

    i am in the process of doing that but i was wondering if it could be worked out. because i am changing my mortgage and wanted to see what figures i would be playing with.
  • My figures are correct assuming there are no redemption charges. Certainly won't be far off.
