Remorgage and self employed...

Hello all,

We are just about to remorgage after our fixed rate deal coming to an end on July the 1st. We took the deal out 3 years ago as a self cert morgage with Platform as i had only been trading as selfemployed for a year and only all other banks were asking for 3 years books.

We have paid the morgage with no problems for the last 3 years but my accounts show that i havent made a profit for 3 years as well. I actually havent had to pay tax for that time. This is due to set up costs etc.

Im a bit worried that we will not be able to get another deal because of this, my partner earns a good wage as a teacher but not enough to account for all the morgage.

Can anyone help?
