    This may sound strange

    I have been a next customer for years and placed many orders online using free delivery codes but now I can't find where to put the code! It used to be where you put your account number, postal code etc and now there isn't a box for one!

    HELP!!

    hi ya

    i've heard this happen to a few people, maybe you need to clear your cookies - or something similar to this - i read this somewhere so please don't quote me on it - that's all i can suggest i'm afraid - maybe do a google search.

    Tried everythink, clearing cookies, going straight there instead of through quidco. In the end used the kids laptop and there it was straight away :confused:

    So at a guess, mine is a new laptop and came with 90 days free norton on :mad:
    so guess its that!!
