Mortgage Offers - how long?

Anyone know if you can get re-mortgage mortgage offers for up to 6 months or are lenders just doing 3 months before? I've got a fixed deal running out in October. Do I give into panic and chase a deal now or sweat it out til 3 months before? Any thoughts appreciated!

You have nothing to lose by looking now. A good broker will be able to confirm which lenders will have a 6 month offer period or longer. Where possible I would look for the best deal with no upfront costs so that should rates change for the better, then you can look to replace it with a better deal, either with the same lender or elsewhere0
