I thought with the Scottish system you normally offer about 10%-to 20% more than the offers over price. I would give them agood slap to bring them back to reality, also do they have a big deposit i.e something in the order of the difference between their offer and the valualtion plus 5-10%, otherwise who will lend to them.0
