Hiya Wendy, sorry to hear about your trouble i've just had a look on the site and this is the message that it is displaying at the moment
Store Closed
Due to illness and financial circumstances we have Temporarily ceased trading. Please contact your credit card company for a refund if you have purchased by credit card. All customers will be contacted in due course and refunds made where applicable. If you have paid for a product on the internet over the past 21 days please email : refunds@atlas-gadgets-innovations.co.uk
Many Thanks
Obviously it doesn't look very good, how long ago did you order, and how long since you requested goods or refund .. is it past the 21 days etc. If your not happy I would contact trading standards and see if they can give you any advice with an address etc, they may be able to assist. I guess until you have more details on them there isnt a great deal you can do at the moment, but dont give up hope, you just never know they might come good for you. I'm sure there are better qualified mse's that will be able to give you more advice, but if i think of anything else i'll get back to you.
Good luck xNobody can make you feel inferior, without your permission

It looks like it is a Mr Duke Orry that you need to speak to.

If your debit card has the Visa sign on it you could have a claim on your bank, something called "chargeback"

I have a residential address for Mr Orry post code ST4. I'm not putting it up on a public board, however if you need it pm me.It took all of 10 seconds to find ;) It would appear that he is also running a bussiness which is likely to view his other interests with a dim view if anything financially untoward is going on.His residential address and bussiness address are the same.Don’t be a can’t, be a can.0
