Advice on possible fraud happening where I live

Hi - I wasn't sure where to post this but as I am trying to get debt free I figured this might be a start. I live in one of 4 rented flats in a house conversion, all the flats are rented out. I have noticed over the past month mail arriving for a business suing the house number - not with any flat numbers - as the registered business address. The name on the mail is for one of the other tenants - things that are obviously credit cards and cheque books and a listing from yell have been arriving. I am concerned that this tenant has set up a fake business - which is against the terms of the tenancy agreement - however I know he is an old friend of the landlord. I know he does not work as the nameof the business says in that industry.
My main concern is how this could effect my already poor credit rating and what this could mean for me in the long run.
Any pointers as to what I should do?
Thanks

Activity at your address is irrelevent to your credit score now. It is only if you have a finincial link to someone at that address that your credit rating may be affected.
With regards to getting debt free, you've come to the right place.
Post up a SOA and we'll see if we can make any savings for you.
