4.29% fixed to 30/9/07,free valuation and legal fees for remortgage and 10% repayment facility.Lender fee £599 can be added to loan.
No income proof below 75 ltv.
Seems ok to me and have mailed for details.
Poss snag for me is big penalty if I leave BM before 1/1/06 so have asked firm if I can reserve 4 months ahead.
No idea what BM will offer me to stay as they won`t answer any e-mails or `phone calls.
