Tried emailing but no repsonse - seem to have lost my 1000 stars!
I contacted them for a similar reason, a lot of my points codes I tried to list wouldn't work. Here is the reply I received. Hope it will help you. If you need an email address for them please pm me.
Dear Customer, thank you for your e-mail.
We now have a new system in place where we can issue new Pin Codes if for some reason you do not have a code at all, or it hasn’t worked.
However, we will need some information from you in order to issue these Pin Codes. Please can you provide us with the following:
Your full name.
Proof of purchase of the product (reciept or bank statement faxed or emailed back to us).
Product name and its format.
Email address you have registered for your club account.
Your username for the club account
The invalid code( unless the code was missing altogether)
Reason you are requesting the new pin code i.e. missing, invalid etc.
(FYI: The product must also be a UK/European product which can be ascertained by checking the products box/manuals etc for the ‘PAL’ mark or ‘CE’ mark.)
With the information above we should be able to provide you with a new Pin Code (providing we have valid codes left for the product in question, otherwise there may be a short wait until we receive more new codes from Nintendo Europe).
Kind regards,
Your Nintendo Team

I emailed them recently as I wanted to take up this offer and had a couple of thousand stars collected from my Gamecube games I'd bought a couple of years ago but couldn't login. My email address isn't recognised, and I got no response from Nintendo. Not that impressed by their customer services.0 -
Just so you all Know Tesco are doing Wii points with free delivery for 11.97 (2000 points) which is at least £2 cheaper than through the Wii console. I dont know how long this offer will last, and as far as I know it is online only.
I used my stars to get points, but I think the thing is a bit of a con, given how many stars you need for points.
If anyone hears of a cheaper way, please get in touch
Have you got a link? I can't find it

Hi all,
For those that have a Wii and have 'Stars', the 1000 Wii points cards are now available to be swapped for 4000 stars ( I've only got 1935 so will have to wait ).

They tend to get snapped up rather quickly...

OK - sorry if being a bit doppy here but are these the same as the DS points or separate??.
I have found the points slip in the Wii fit and will sort this later today. I already have accounts for the DSs in the family, do I open a different account for the Wii?
thanks0
