Can you not make an appointment to go and look at them?
I did that when I wanted to check something in mine (at Solicitors + at no cost).0 -
Check with the Land Registry for the official copies and see if it mentions a Transfer, this should contain restrictive covenants that you need to look at. Basically all the do's and dont's this costs £5 from the Land Registry.0

Not strange, I work in conveyancing in Peterborough and my boss is friends with him, I wondered as you were quoting him if you new him, its not often you see quotes of his especially as he doesn't specialise in conveyancing.0
