The till refused on a TD hand cream yesterday pollsdolls, so might be selected stores only. :)

Thanks for that pash I think I may try this tomorrow. But how do they justify hand cream on facial skincare when they wont allow eye stuff. Really beats me.

I asked a No 7 assistant a couple of weeks ago how they defined skincare. (I had loads of those 250pts from the Pink gwp) She swept her arm in a dramatic wave over the left side of the display and said 'Thats skincare' This was the section with the P+P, eye cream, night and day cream etc. The other side of the display, had cleanser cleanser, toner etc., handcream etc.

I pointed out that Boots.com has the P & P No7 Protect & Perfect Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen included in their skincare range. But she said thats skincare online!!!!!!!!!!! (I have previously bought this under an earlier skincaretillsplit)

How do you reply to that? Except to say Ok and walk away none the wiser, without spending anything in their range.

So Mr or Mrs Boots, please can you help us? Clearly define Facial Skincare for us.

We will know what to buy
    You will make more money.
We will make more points which we will redeem in your stores
You will make even more money.

    Everyone is happy

    Problem solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Maybe)

Wow, that's the one that is £7.50 in Boots ! Just shows you it's worth shopping around sometimes.

That's what I'm going to do in future *Jelly Tots*. One Roc voucher was used to 'buy' the £7.99 wipes (which I probably won't use ;)) but for that type of money, it's well worth shopping around.

Thanks for putting that pic up Amelia's Mum :)

Never heard of Ethel Austin before Amelia's Mum so had to do a quick Google ;) and there's 3 stores not a million miles from me :) so thanks for that.

Never heard of Ethels, what a loss. Cosmetics (branded) are cheap in there. loads of good offers. They have just introduced a loyalty card too. I remember my OH working in her house years ago. (could tell a tale but wont)

Pash you are missing out!!!!!!

very famous in the North West and very well loved. Suppose you have something similar near you that we have never heard of??

The pink and lilac are lovely - 75p locally but not on bogof. Which makes me wonder how 2 cost 1.49  I'll check the receipts lol

Sulk...stop talking about the bargain stores to be found north of the thames. I'm jealous and stropping off to bed. Pah!

lol mind you if they had 'bargain' stores down here I'd not fit in the house, it is full enough with Boots hauls

Just got my email back concerning my missing health club packs and it is because I am under 18! Boo!!!!! Hiss!!!!!!
That's a bit mad isn't it? It's like saying 16 year olds don't need vitamins etc. I can understand if it's for heavy medicines, but it all seems a bit silly to me lilflower.
