Hi, when you return something with receipt do you lose the points you gained buying it? double points and promo coupons etc?
Managed to take back straighteners as mentioned before - but I originally paid with points, the new pair were more expensive (£6ish) but I didn't have enough points on my card for the diff, so had to get the points back on my card and pay all cash, but now I've got £70 in points on my card and nothing to buy! I got about 500 points from ACM machine and other coupons so if I return then buy again with points (diff tills I think) will I lose the points gained inbetween??
Many thanxI'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!:mad:0 -

Bts exp mitt - £1.29

UG shampoo - £4.19
UG Cond - £4.19 NOW £2.09
Saving £2.10
****Multi-save****

(Includes previous UG shampoo)
Saving £2.38 NOW -£2.38
Bourj polish remover - £2.50
Total to pay £8.98
As well as handing over the 100pt mag voucher for the expert stuff I also gave the SA the half price UG conditioner from the ACM.
Ignoring the nail polish (I got a refund on it later), did I pay 28p too much for the shampoo and conditioner?
I just checked my receipt from yesterday and the deduction was the same too. I did ask the manager from today and he gave me back 28p but wanted to double check it here too.
I also managed to get a pencil sharpener with a till spit! found them at the large boots on Oxford Street, London (Sedley Place one)0 -

Had you known she was an ungrateful cow, you could've told her she could have the coupon for 25 quid!0 -
