DMP and Catalogue debts

Hi wondering if anyone can help with this. It may sound a bit daft but when you go onto a DMP and you have had items from catalogue is there anyway they would try to recover the items maybe with a baliff . I am just starting to sort out a DMP so catalogue are unaware of anything at the moment. If they did agree to the DMP would they still try to recover items or not.Anyone know about it please

They didn't with mine and I had two catalogues Empire and Abound.0
