I found this in the Magazine for Swiss abroad. Haven't entered yet and can't see any t&c. I am pretty sure you can enter even if you are not Swiss.

I could not copy the T&C's, but the only condition was that you had to be over 18 (ie no reference to nationality).

The answers are on the link pages some are easier to find than others.Looks like the competition is World Wide as nearly every country is listed when you register
