Pl does anybody know how do I find which tax office to write to claim for a tax rebate? Thanks

The one that's issued your P2 (Coding Notice) .... the one that's referenced on your P60 (but that does have to end May to arrive ..... but you should have kept last years). Or ask your wages / HR section ..... if employed (which I'm assuming in all of the above!)If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
