I gave some options, but in the end you may have to seek professional advice. Option 3 I think is the best way out, but you will have to negotiate with them. I know that not having the required 37k is a problem, but this should not stop you coming to a conclusion.

Bigruss, given the relatively low level of payment, pay them the £15 in the short term, this will at least keep you out of court. Are you not eligible for legal aid to help your case? Would you like me to put you in touch with a debt counsellor who may be able to offer alternatives or solutions to your position.
I still think it is unfair that they are chasing you after all this time but I think you are going to need a lawyer to get the previous judgement overturned.0 -
Thanks defender would love any help at all at this moment in time £15.00 per month will feel more like £150.00 per month things are tight. no legal aid just above the threshold ... thanks
